Just FYI: The 'Fistful Of Dollars' tie-in was actually written by Terry harknett, better known as 'George G. Gilman', the mind behind the uber-popular (back in the day) 'Edge' series of western paperbacks.
I have a copy of 'A Dollar to Die For' and have written a review of it on my own blog (One a spoiler-free version, another with spoilers).
